Thai chicken marinade

Ingredients

• 1 C chopped fresh Thai basil
• 1 C chopped cilantro
• 3 TBS minced ginger
• 3 TBS minced garlic
• 1/4 C + 1 TBS soy sauce (gluten free if needed)
• 1/4 C + 1 TBS fish sauce
• 1/4 C + 1 TBS olive oil
• 1/4 C + 1 TBS brown sugar

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. This makes a big batch that can be divided into 3 batches and frozen. Marinade chicken overnight when ready to use.
