Taco soup

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
• 1 (14 oz ) can corn
• 1 packet taco seasoning

Method

1. Brown ground beef and onion

2. Drain fat

3. Add taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, and corn

4. Bring to a boil, stirring to mix ingredients

5. Can be served immediately, better when left to simmer for a while
