Icing

Ingredients

• 2 TBS flour
• 1/2 C milk
• 1/2 C salted butter (1 stick)
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Method

1. In a small pan mix together milk and flour

2. Turn heat to med and stir constantly until thickened

3. Let cool

4. Beat butter 4 minutes

5. Add sugar, beat 4 minutes

6. Add cooled paste, beat 4 minutes

7. Add vanilla and beat until combined
