Chocolate sour cream cake

Ingredients

• 1 C sugar
• 1 C brown sugar
• 1 stick salted butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 oz baking chocolate (melted)
• 2 C cake flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 C boiling water

Method

1. Cream butter

2. In a separate bowl sift together dry ingredients

3. Add sugars to butter in mixer

4. Mix well

5. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each

6. Add melted chocolate and sour cream

7. Mix well

8. Add dry ingredient until just combined

9. Add boiling water

10. Mix well

11. Pour into 9x13 pan

12. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
